We specialize in reducing real estate tax liability for property owners through appeals at the Assessor, Board of Review, Property Tax Appeal Board (PTAB) and Circuit Court Specific Objection lawsuits (SPO’s). In addition to assessment appeals, we advise clients on a broad spectrum of real estate tax matters, including niche areas of the property tax assessment field such as omitted assessments, certificates of error, undervaluation cases, tax divisions, exemptions and incentives.
